Client Acknowledgment & Waiver

Before participating in a cruise with CareFree Cruises LLC, all guests must acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that boating activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips and falls, changing weather conditions, water hazards, equipment failure, collisions, personal injury, illness, drowning, and other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily choose to participate in activities provided by CareFree Cruises LLC and accept all risks associated with boating and related recreational activities.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless CareFree Cruises LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in a cruise, except where prohibited by law.

Health & Safety

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in boating activities and will follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew. I understand that life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard and agree to comply with all safety requirements.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and behavior while aboard the vessel. Any unsafe, reckless, or disruptive conduct may result in the termination of the cruise without refund.

Alcohol Policy

Guests who choose to consume alcoholic beverages do so at their own risk and agree to act responsibly. CareFree Cruises LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a cruise if safety becomes a concern.

Photography & Marketing

I grant CareFree Cruises LLC permission to use photographs or videos taken during my cruise for promotional and marketing purposes unless I notify the captain in writing prior to departure.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement, voluntarily accept its terms, and agree to participate at my own risk.

This acknowledgment serves as a summary of the full CareFree Cruises LLC Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement. Participants may be required to review and sign the complete waiver prior to departure.
